Knife Flipping
We went to Benihana!! This is one of those Japanese joints where they do all the cooking right at your table. Our chef Carlos (I don't think he's Japanese.) was the best. He did all kinds of tricks and knife flips and everything. The best was the volcano he made of onions. It was definitely a great, fun experience and the food was fantastic. We'll be back. Especially for the ice-cream and fried bananas for dessert.

oh baby its on the next five years will be spent finding restraunts that entertain and have food and many spirits....we love Shogun (our Benihana) we will take you when you visit
